Following the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors recommended nominating Ms. Xu Liping and Mr. Liu Liang as candidates for the 6th board of directors (excluding employee representative directors), nominating Ms. Pan Anran, Mr. Liu Jinyi and Mr. Liu Songshan as non-executive director candidates for the 6th board of directors, and nominating Mr. Lu Tingjie, Mr. Cai Zhenhui, and Mr. Liu Zhiyong as independent non-executive director candidates for the 6th board of directors. Ms. Chen Yuan was elected as the employee representative director and executive director of the 6th board of directors at the company's staff meeting held on August 5, 2026. Her term of office will coincide with the term of the 6th board of directors.

Due to the election of the board of directors for a new term, Ms. Xu Jili (current executive director), Mr. Liu Donghai (current executive director), Mr. Jia Zhaojie (current non-executive director), and Mr. Lu Pingbo (current independent non-executive director) will no longer serve as directors and will no longer hold any positions on the company's board of directors committee from the date the sixth board of directors was elected at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting.
