According to the “Regulations on the Administration of Toll Roads” and documents of relevant departments in Guangdong Province, the first phase of the South China Expressway expires at 24:00 on August 7, 2026, and will temporarily maintain existing toll facilities to operate at zero rates, waive vehicle tolls for this section of the road, and collect vehicle tolls for other sections of the road.
