Liu Yuhang, director of the China Logistics Information Center, believes that although the index fluctuates slightly, the overall expansion continues, investment in employees, logistics infrastructure, and market expectations have stabilized, and the foundation for smooth operation is being consolidated. Policy signals have continued to be released since the middle and late stages. The country issued a special plan for the consumer sector, putting forward higher requirements for boosting consumer logistics demand and innovating logistics integration scenarios. At the end of the month, the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and the State Council held an executive meeting to advance the “six networks” plan, speed up logistics network construction, and focus on repairing shortcomings, smooth connectivity, and improving energy levels. With the implementation of the planning policy, it will play a strong role in promoting the improvement of the logistics market.

The total volume of business and the index of new orders continued to expand. The total business volume index was 50.4%, and it has been in the expansion range for 3 consecutive months. The new orders index was 50.5%, recovering for 5 consecutive months.

Market expectations have stabilized overall. The corporate fixed asset investment completion index and employee index are above 50%, and the expected business activity index is 52.8%, down 3.1 percentage points from month to month. Investments, employees and expectations are still in the expansion range.
