According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hongda Electronics (300726.SZ) announced that Jiangsu Zhanxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zhanxin Co., Ltd.”), in which the company is an indirect shareholder, will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM on August 7, 2026. Stock abbreviation: Zhanxin Shares, stock code: 301707.

Prior to the listing and issuance of Zhanxin shares, the company indirectly held 51.023,600 shares of Zhanxin shares through the Nanjing Yixin 100 Million Venture Capital Partnership (limited partnership) (“One Chip 100 Million”), accounting for 13.79% of its total share capital before the current public offering of shares. After the listing and issuance of Zhanxin shares, the indirect shareholding ratio of the company through One Chip 100 million was 12.41%, and the sales restriction period was 36 months from the date the stock was listed.
