According to Zhitong Finance App, China Overseas Hongyang Group (00081) announced that in July 2026, CNOOC Hongyang Group achieved contract sales of RMB 2,936 million and contract sales area of 247,900 square meters, up 44.0% and 31.4% year-on-year respectively. From January to July 2026, the cumulative contract sales volume was RMB 22.0073 billion and the contract sales area was 1.895 million square meters, up 18.4% and 14.1% year-on-year respectively. As of the end of July 2026, the total unsubscribed amount was RMB 605 million and the unsubscribed area was 44,000 square meters.

In July 2026, the Group added 1 new project in Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total floor area of 161,256 square meters and a total land cost of RMB 549 million. From January 1 to July 31, 2026, the Group added a total floor area of 645,264 square meters, a total land cost of RMB 2,627 billion, an equity floor area of 645,264 square meters, and an equity land cost of RMB 2,627 billion

From January to July 2026, the Group acquired the remaining shares in two cooperation projects in Hefei, Anhui Province, at a total cost of RMB 104 million.
