Derwent London Swings to H1 Loss; Income Rises

02:43 AM EDT, 08/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Derwent London (DLN.L) said Thursday it swung to a loss in the first half, while gross property and other income grew year over year. Loss for the six months ended June 30 was 18.6 million pounds sterling, compared with a profit of 94.5 million pounds a year ago. Loss per share moved to 0.1659 pound from EPS of 0.8392 pound. The real estate company's gross property and other income was 146.5 million pounds, compared with 141 million pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.26 pound per share for the period, payable on Oct. 9 to shareholders on record Sept. 4. It paid 0.255 pound per share a year ago. Looking ahead, the group upgraded its 2026 EPRA EPS guidance to between 0% and a 3% decline year over year, from the previous range of a 3% to 5% decrease. Compared with 2025, the EPRA EPS growth outlook of 5% to 10% for 2027 and 25% to 30% for 2030 was affirmed.
