Dongwu Securities released a research report saying that domestic high-end electronic materials are highly dependent on imports, and there is huge room for domestic replacement. Among them, SemiG5 grade electronic hydrofluoric acid is adapted to advanced chip manufacturing processes, and high-end production capacity in the industry is scarce. By the end of 2025, the company has a production capacity of 6,000 tons of SemiG grade 5 electronic hydrofluoric acid. The company expects a 17,000 ton high-end electronic chemical project to be handed over by the end of 2026 to expand new products such as etching liquid and peeling liquid, and promote the company's vigorous development in the field of new materials.
