This is the first supporting judicial interpretation of the Ecological Environment Code. It will be implemented simultaneously with the Code on August 15. According to reports, there are 13 articles in the regulations, which strictly follow the principle of non-retroactivity of the law and the rules of favorable retroactivity and exceptions as stipulated in section 104 of the Legislative Law.
