According to Zhitong Finance App News, Precision Electronics (300567.SZ) announced that the company's holding subsidiary, Wuhan Jinghong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (“Wuhan Jinghong”), plans to increase capital by 37 million yuan to be subscribed by investors such as Wuhan Jinghe Investment Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), Liu Ronghua, Li Yi, and Shuai Min, all of which will be included in the registered capital. After the capital increase was completed, the registered capital of Wuhan Jinghong was changed to 150 million yuan. The company's direct shareholding ratio in Wuhan Jinghong was changed from 66.37% to 50%, and the shareholding ratio of Wuhan Jinghong through its wholly-owned subsidiary Precision Measurement Electronics (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was changed from 13.27% to 10%. Wuhan Jinghong is still within the scope of the company's consolidated statements.

Wuhan Jinghong is mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of automatic test equipment (ATE). The core products are used in the field of semiconductor back-channel electrical performance testing, covering major aspects from CP (wafer detection), BI (aging test) to FT (final testing), and can provide customized equipment and solutions for the back-end testing process for chip design, manufacturing, packaging and testing companies and IDM manufacturers. This capital increase and stock expansion is based on Wuhan Jinghong's business development needs, which will help it obtain sufficient capital to guarantee investment in R&D and production of semiconductor testing equipment.
