Huitian Thermal Power announced that the company previously disclosed that it plans to invest in the construction of the Shenyang Quansheng 2×350MW thermoelectric project. In order to transport the heat from the project to the Tiexi Heat Network, the company plans to invest in the construction of the “Quansheng Thermal Power Supporting Long-distance Interconnection Heating Project” project, with a total planned investment of about 1,405 billion yuan. The matter was reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors on August 5, 2026, and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for consideration.
