On August 3, the Australian Anti-dumping Commission issued Notice 2026/093 stating that in response to applications submitted by Australian domestic companies, it initiated the third anti-dumping and countervailing sundown review investigation against welded pipes imported from mainland China, and the third anti-dumping sunset review investigation against welded pipes imported from South Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan. The dumping investigation period in this case was from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission is expected to complete the basic factual report of the investigation of this case no later than November 23, 2026, and submit a final ruling report to the Australian Minister of Industry, Innovation and Science no later than January 5, 2027.
