Safestate Group Upsizes Facility to SEK90 Million, Secures EUR5 Million Loan

05:10 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Safestate Group (K21.F) signed a non-binding term sheet to refinance and upsize its existing facility with Fenja Capital to 90 million kronor from 70 million kronor, according to a Tuesday release. The facility will bear interest equal to the three-month Stockholm interbank offered rate plus a 4% margin over 24 months. Closing of the refinancing agreement with Fenja is pending definitive loan documentation and the intercreditor agreement, which will be finalized by Aug. 23. As part of the refinancing, the cybersecurity platform company also obtained a subordinated, three-year loan worth 5 million euros from its largest shareholder, House of K.
