10:45 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Salzgitter (SZG.F) agreed to sell its Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik business to German-French industrial group Name & Mawi Partners for an undisclosed price. The divestment is part of the German steel manufacturer's active portfolio management and is a result of its "cautious" strategic review, according to a Monday release. The transaction is expected to be completed during autumn. Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik manufactures injection molding machines for rubber and silicone products.
