This is the first time that the two reactors at the nuclear power plant have been shut down at the same time due to the low water level in the Danube River. Power generation declined due to the shutdown of nuclear reactors. Romania declared a month-long state of emergency throughout the country. The state of emergency will cover the whole of August.
