Among them, housing construction contract amount was 3.882 billion yuan, down 2.98% year on year; infrastructure project contract amount was 1,301 billion yuan, down 71.28% year on year; professional project contract amount was 145 million yuan, down 59.22% year on year; and building decoration contract amount was 319 million yuan, up 104.18% year on year. As of June 2026, a total of 803 new contracts were signed this year, and the total contract amount was approximately RMB 6.706 billion, down 52.80% from the same period last year.
