According to the news, recently, Baiaosetu and Whitehawk Therapeutics reached a global strategic cooperation agreement covering a number of bispecific antibody-conjugated drug (BSAdc) research and development projects. The two sides will jointly advance the next-generation therapeutic product pipeline. From the official launch of the cooperation to the signing of the agreement, it only took about four months, and it progressed much faster than similar projects in the industry.

According to reports, Whitehawk will evaluate the five bispecific antibodies provided by Baiosetu and has the right to choose to advance any ADC drug candidate resulting from this into its R&D pipeline. Bioosetu will receive a certain amount of down payment and potential milestone payment. CEO Whitehawk said the company expects to submit a new ADC clinical trial application (IND) within the next 12 to 24 months.
