From 6:00 a.m. on July 30 to 6:00 p.m. on August 3, Shaanxi Province organized a total of 36,612 households with 87,987 people to relocate and take refuge. Among them, from 6:00 a.m. on August 2 to 6:00 p.m. on August 3, 8130 new safe haven households were transferred and 18063 people were added in Shaanxi Province.
