Starting August 1, electric vehicle power supply equipment that has not obtained CCC certification will not be allowed to be shipped, sold, imported, or used in other business activities. For equipment that has already been put into operation before August 1, operators should strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the “Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China” and “Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China” to ensure that the products or services they provide meet the requirements for protecting personal and property safety.
