Changfei Optical Fiber Cable (06869): Zhuang Dan was re-elected and appointed as Executive Director

Zhitong Finance App News, Changfei Optical Fiber Cable (06869) announced that Mr. Frederick Payson, Mr. Pierre Facini, and Mr. Hammarand Schroff have retired from their positions as non-executive directors, and that Mr. Teng Binsheng and Mr. Song Wei have retired as independent non-executive directors, effective from the end of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting.

Dr. Zhuang Dan has been re-elected and appointed as executive directors; Dr. Ma Jie, Dr. Guan Jingzhi, Mr. Qiu Xiangping and Mr. Mei Yong have each been re-elected and appointed as non-executive directors; Dr. Tian Yu and Dr. Peter Johannes Wijnandus Marie Bongaerts (Dr. Yang Bangaerts) have each been elected and appointed as non-executive directors; Dr. Li Changai and Mr. Zeng Xianfen have each been re-elected and appointed as independent non-executive directors; and Mr. Frank Franciscus Dorjee (Van der Yee) and Dai Yu4 They have each been elected and appointed as independent non-executive directors. Together with Mr. Wang Ruichun (the employee representative director elected and appointed at the Company's first staff congress held on July 10, 2026), they formed the 5th Board of Directors.

Since July 30, 2026, Mr. Dai Yusi has been appointed as a member of the Strategy Committee and Audit Committee; Mr. Frank Franciscus Dorjee (Van der Yee) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Strategy Committee; Dr. Guan Jingzhi has been appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee; and Dr. Li Changai has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Ms Lai Siu-kuen has resigned due to work arrangement adjustments, and Ms Wong Pui Kiu has been appointed as the Company Secretary; the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and an agent representing the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and in accordance with section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules, with effect from July 30, 2026.
