Capital Online announced that on July 29, the company disclosed that some of the funds in its special fund-raising account at the Beijing Taoranqiao branch of China Minsheng Bank were judicially frozen at 1,257,500 yuan due to a contract dispute. On July 30, all of the above funds were unfrozen and use resumed, as a result of a settlement between the two parties and the suspension of the blockade by the court. The frozen period did not affect the development of fund-raising projects and the normal operation of the company. As of the date of disclosure of the announcement, no other special fund-raising accounts had been frozen.
