During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 2,878 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.72%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 102 million yuan, up 30.89% year on year; after deducting non-net profit of 50.71 million yuan, an increase of 269.91% year on year; basic earnings per share were 0.22 yuan.

The company creates the ultimate online and offline shopping experience to form an efficient and collaborative retail network. The offline end builds a multi-level matrix with flagship stores, collective stores, and single-brand stores as the core to complete the strategic layout of flagship stores in core cities; the online end is deeply involved in traditional e-commerce platforms, while actively laying out content and social e-commerce such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu, to build a long-term growth paradigm with experience as an anchor and user relationships as the core.
