The company's adjusted capital flow (AFF) increased 3% year-on-year in the first half of the year, in line with the forecast, and further cost savings should support the company's cash flow growth next year. Tama said that HKT's adoption of an asset-light AI model means that concerns about cash flow and capital expenditure are limited. However, the AI business is still in its early stages, and the adoption curve will be the next key observation point. The bank estimates the company's current dividend yield of 6.6%. Based on sound execution, cost savings, and AI selectivity, the valuation is very attractive.
