Informa Swings to H1 Profit; Revenue Up

02:42 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Informa (INF.L) said Thursday that it swung to a profit in the first half, while revenue rose year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 132.7 million pounds sterling, compared with a loss of 77.4 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.104 pound from a loss per share of 0.059 pound. The British publishing, business intelligence, and exhibitions group's revenue was 2.06 billion pounds, compared with 2.04 billion pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.0748 pound per share, payable on Sept. 18 to shareholders on record Aug. 7. It paid 0.07 pound per share a year ago. For 2026, the company affirmed its expectations for its group underlying revenue to grow 6%, with adjusted earnings per share having a double-digit underlying increase.
