The Zhitong Finance App learned that Evergrande Property (06666) rose more than 8%. As of press release, it had risen 8.25% to HK$1.05, with a turnover of HK$51.066 million.

According to the news, on July 27, Evergrande Property issued an announcement stating that following the original potential buyer's decision not to proceed with the transaction on June 25 this year, the relevant negotiations were terminated, and no legally binding agreement was signed, the liquidator had re-contacted “several potential buyers”, including all parties newly involved in the process as well as other parties that had participated before. The next step of the liquidator is to invite potential buyers to conduct due diligence on Evergrande Property Group.

Notably, Kerry Property Management previously pointed out that if the 2026 interim report maintains positive net current assets, the “significant uncertainty about continuing operation” warning in the Evergrande Property Audit Report will officially disappear, which is of great significance to the company's valuation repair, project expansion, and financing capabilities. According to reports, by the end of 2025, Evergrande Property's cash and cash equivalents reached 4.189 billion yuan, an increase of 55.3% over the previous year. There were no bank loans, and the capital-to-debt ratio was zero.
