LSEG Books Higher H1 Attributable Profit, Total Income

02:29 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG.L) said Thursday profit and total income for the first half rose year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 814 million pounds sterling, compared with 649 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 1.631 pounds from 1.22 pounds. The London-listed financial services and bourse operator's total income was 4.99 billion pounds, compared with 4.67 billion pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.55 pound per share, payable Sept. 16 to shareholders on record Aug. 14. It paid 0.47 pound per share a year ago. For 2026, LSEG raised its organic constant currency growth guidance for total income, excluding recoveries, to between 7% and 7.5%, compared with 6.5% to 7.5% earlier. It also expects the metric to grow in the mid to high single-digit range from 2027 to 2029.
