Yuexiu Services (06626) subsidiary signed a lease agreement with Xi'an Tianyue

According to Zhitong Finance App, Yuexiu Services (06626) announced that on July 29, 2026, Yuexiu Yicheng, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, signed a lease agreement with Xi'an Tianyue (as lessor). Xi'an Tianyue has agreed to rent the property to Yuexiu Yicheng for an initial period of 66 months, from September 1, 2026 to February 29, 2032 (including the first and last two days).

According to reports, the property is located on the 6th to 11th floors of the Xi'an International Trade Center (the building), No. 50 Jinye Road, High-tech Zone, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, China, with a total construction area of 16,135.92 square meters (this property).
