On July 29, the company issued and allotted 3.443,300 H shares based on partial exercise of over-allotment rights, with an issue price of HK$99.32 per share, accounting for 7.38% of the number of shares currently issued prior to the incident. After issuance, the total number of shares issued by the company increased from 46.632,800 shares to 5.7761 million shares.
