According to the provisions of Article 51 (1) of the “Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Directors, Supervisors, Senior Managers and Employees of Securities Fund Management Agencies”, the Jilin Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures to issue a warning letter. It shall complete the rectification of the above issues within one month from the date of receipt of this decision and submit a written rectification report.
