Capital Strategy Real Estate (00497): City Synergy Limited successfully completed the refinancing of bank financing

According to Zhitong Finance App, Capital Strategy Real Estate (00497) announced that on July 29, 2026, City Synergy Limited (an indirect subsidiary of the Company) (as the borrower, hereinafter referred to as the borrower) entered into a financing agreement with a bank (as lender, hereinafter referred to as the lender) involving fixed-term loan financing totaling HK$146 million to refinance certain loans and provide financing or refinancing for certain construction costs of a new residential building. The final maturity date of such financing is when the earlier of the following expires: (i) 30 months from the date of the financing agreement; or (ii) 9 months from the date of issue of the occupancy permit for the new residential building.
