Kerry Group's H1 Profit, Revenue Slip

02:29 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kerry Group (KRZ.IR) said Wednesday that its profit and revenue for the first half fell year over year. Profit after taxation attributable to equity holders of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 282 million euros, compared with 302.8 million euros a year ago. EPS moved to 1.751 euros from 1.82 euros. The Irish nutrition company's revenue was 3.34 billion euros, compared with 3.46 billion euros earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.462 euro per share for the period, payable on Nov. 6 to shareholders on record Oct. 9. It paid 0.42 euro per share a year ago. For full-year 2026, the company affirmed its adjusted EPS growth guidance of between 6% and 10% on a constant currency basis. It also outlined its target of high-single-digit-plus growth in adjusted EPS on a constant currency basis for 2030.
