China Tongfu (01763) signed a “Shareholder Agreement” with CNNC Zhejiang Chuangchuang to establish a joint venture, CNNC Spoke Intelligence

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Tongpu (01763) issued an announcement. On July 28, 2026, the company and CNNC Zhejiang formed a “Shareholder Agreement” to establish a joint venture, CNNC Spoke Smart. According to the “Shareholders' Agreement”, CNNC's registered capital is RMB 50 million, of which the company will invest RMB 45 million in non-monetary assets plus currency, including RMB 26.6 million in monetary form and RMB 18.4 million in the net assets of the Nuclear Medicine Development Center; CNNC Zhejiang Innovation will invest RMB 5 million in monetary terms. After the establishment of CNNC Fuzhi, the Company and CNNC Zhejiang Chuang will hold 90% and 10% of CNNC Fuzhi's shares respectively, and CNNC Fuzhi will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

CNNC RadioIntelligence will undertake the nuclear medicine development center business, focus on the smart nuclear medical industry, open up the entire “nuclear medicine” industry chain, build a “smart nuclear medicine+radiation+equipment” collaborative development model, promote the upgrading of the business form from “single product supply” to “full value chain integrated service”, lead the standardization and intelligent transformation of the nuclear medicine industry, continuously improve the whole chain ecosystem, consolidate the leading position of the industry, and cultivate new profit growth points for the company.
