ST Doushen announced that the company plans to sign a “Settlement Agreement” with Beijing Lisichen Computer Technology Co., Ltd. and others to restructure debts to resolve arbitration disputes by means of real estate debt and cash. According to the plan, Beijing Chenguang Rongxin Technology Co., Ltd. settled the debt with an assessed value of 65.385,500 yuan, and Beijing Lisichen Computer Technology Co., Ltd. paid 35 million yuan in cash, for a total settlement amount of 100 million yuan. The company expects the proceeds from this debt restructuring to be about 56.7021 million yuan, which is based on the final audit results. The matter is still subject to review by the shareholders' meeting and the arbitration tribunal to issue an “Arbitration and Mediation Letter”.
