Yinfei Storage announced that the nomination committee of the board of directors will review the proposal to nominate candidates for independent directors for the 6th board of directors to be submitted to the board of directors for consideration, and examined the resumes and qualifications of Liu Wei, Yang Lijuan, and Lu Zhengmin.
