It uses an integrated design, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance (EPC+OM) model to mainly build supporting facilities such as a sewage treatment plant, 3 pumping stations and related transportation pipelines. The project contract amount was 999.85 million KD, equivalent to approximately RMB 22.4 billion. The implementation period included 5 years of design, construction, installation and commissioning, and 5 years of maintenance and operation. The project contract amount accounts for about 1.1% of the company's audited revenue in 2025.
