The Urban Construction Department of the Ministry of Housing, Urban-Rural Development recently held a video conference on ultra-long-term special treasury bond funds to support the renewal of old residential elevators and the installation of elevators in old neighborhoods to report on the progress of the work, exchange local experiences and practices, and deploy the next key tasks. The conference emphasized that housing, urban and rural construction departments should work with market supervisory authorities to strengthen the supervision and management of treasury bonds to support old residential elevator renewal projects, and accelerate the implementation of treasury bond support projects on the premise of ensuring quality and safety, so that people can ride elevators safely and with confidence as soon as possible.
