Keo Capital's Main Shareholder Nominates New Directors for Fintech Transition

12:26 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Keo Capital's (KEOC.ST) main shareholder, Keo Aggregator, requested an extraordinary general meeting for shareholders to consider three new nominees for the board, according to a July 25 release. Keo Aggregator is proposing the addition of Andrés Rubio, Jay Heller and Hernán Magariños to the board of the financial solutions provider in support of the company's transition to a financial technology company. The meeting will be held on Aug. 20. Subject to approval, the nominees will succeed outgoing directors Paulo Thiago Mendonça, Fabio Vassel and Miles Molyneaux.
