During this visit, Britain will also announce the transfer to Ukraine of the intellectual property rights of a British electronic jamming device, which can interfere with Russian air defense systems. This jammer, called Stone Cloak, is about the size of a tablet. The Ukrainian side has put it into actual combat use. Installing it on a drone can prevent the drone from being locked down, tracked, and destroyed by the enemy. Through intellectual property licensing, Ukraine will be able to independently mass-produce this equipment on a large scale in the future.
