In response to the administrative penalty decisions of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration against Ctrip Group in accordance with the law, Ctrip Group announced a total of 19 rectification measures in five areas, including stopping exclusive cooperation, safeguarding the right of hotel operators to operate independently, stopping unreasonable “lowest price on the entire network” requirement, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of hotel operators, strengthening consumer rights protection, strengthening compliance, and improving long-term mechanisms. The Ctrip Group stated that it will fully accept, resolutely comply with, and strictly implement all rectification requirements.
