China Water (00855) completes placement of unlisted warrants under special authorization

Zhitong Finance App News, China Water (00855) issued an announcement. All conditions for the warrant placement have been met, and that the warrant placement was completed on July 24, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warrant placement agreement and extension letter.

According to the warrants placement agreement, the placement agent will place a total of 130 million warrants at a total placement price of HK$0.10 per warrant to no less than 6 undertakers. Warrant holders have the right to subscribe for up to 130 million share of the warrants at the exercise price of HK$7.02 (or subject to adjustment) per warrant share within a period of 36 months from the date of issue of the warrant.
