The Zhitong Finance App learned that on July 20, Shenzhen Zero Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and the Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center Data Space Research Institute officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hefei.

The Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center Data Space Research Institute is one of the core research institutes of the second comprehensive national science center approved by the state after Zhangjiang in Shanghai. It is a provincial public institution approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government.

With the core concept of “data reconstructing cyberspace”, the research institute is committed to building a national-level data infrastructure called a trusted data space — making data “usable, invisible, controllable and measurable”, and moving data elements from “silos” to the sunshine industry where they can circulate.

As one of the earliest teams to systematically research AI agents in China, Zero Intelligence has been deeply involved in the field of enterprise-level AI agents for many years, pioneering the concept of “hybrid agent clusters” and the AaaS (AaaS) model.

The cooperation logic between the two sides is naturally clear: the research institute focuses on building data infrastructure to “communicate” and “flow” data; Zero Intelligence focuses on implementing AI applications to “use” and “value” data — both ends of a complete chain.

With the “Artificial Intelligence +” initiative and the intensive implementation of data element market-based policies, how to “activate, use, and use” massive data has become the core proposition for promoting the high-quality development of the digital economy.

According to the agreement, in the future, the two sides will integrate the research institute's leading advantages in scientific research and standard setting, as well as the innovative capabilities of Zero Intelligence in industrial operation and technology implementation, and carry out multi-level cooperation in vertical applications, joint construction of patent standards, government data docking, and data product processing.

Currently, the training of large models mainly relies on public domain data, and large amounts of high-value private data — medical data, industrial data, financial data — are still lacking in standards and circulation is blocked. This is the core research direction of the Data Space Research Institute: building a compliant, secure, and efficient circulation infrastructure for private data.
