The Zhitong Finance App learned that Xinjiang Xinxin Mining (03833) rose more than 9%. As of press release, it had risen 6.67% to HK$1.76, with a turnover of HK$9.566,800.

According to the news, Xinjiang Xinxin Mining recently issued an announcement stating that the company has received a notice from the controlling shareholder Xinjiang Nonferrous and that Xinjiang Nonferrous plans to carry out a strategic restructuring with Xinjiang Geological and Mining. Both parties are enterprises actually controlled by the Xinjiang State-owned Assets Administration Commission. The announcement stated that the matter did not involve a major asset restructuring of the listed company, did not involve changes in controlling shareholders or actual controllers, and would not have a significant impact on the normal production and operation of the company.

According to public information, Xinjiang Nonferrous Metals and Xinjiang Geological and Mining respectively have advantages in the fields of non-ferrous resource development and geological exploration. The restructuring of the two is widely interpreted by the market as a key step in integrating state-owned assets in Xinjiang, and is also viewed as a potential advance move for Xinxin Mining to return to A-shares. However, some analysts pointed out that a group-level merger cannot simply be equated with directly injecting high-quality minerals into listed companies; the company's return to A process still faces multiple tests.
