CM512 is a recombinant anti-thymic matrix lymphocyte (TSLP) and anti-interleukin-13 (IL-13) bispecific antibody independently developed by our company. A phase I clinical study of single/multiple dose escalation administration in healthy subjects and adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) aimed at evaluating the safety, tolerability, PK (pharmacokinetics), PD (pharmacodynamics), and immunogenicity of CM512 in treatment, and to initially explore the efficacy of CM512 in treating patients with moderate to severe AD. All research endpoints were reached in November 2025. In April 2026, West China Hospital of Sichuan University and our company published the Phase I clinical results in the Journal of Translational Medicine.

In addition, the company is also promoting a number of phase II clinical studies on CM512. The indications cover moderate to severe asthma, moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, moderate to severe AD in adults, and chronic spontaneous urticaria.
