Iranian Foreign Minister Alagzi said in a social media post on the evening of the 22nd that any attack on Iran's infrastructure would attract a “firm, strong, and decisive” response. Alagzi stressed that any party participating in or supporting such attacks in any form will be regarded by Iran as a legitimate target. Iran's armed forces headquarters in Khatam Ambia also said on the same day that if the US takes action against Iran's infrastructure threats, Iran's armed forces will block oil exports from the Middle East region and attack the region's oil, gas, electricity, and economic infrastructure.
