The servers of the Group's subsidiaries Jiehao Securities Co., Ltd. and Jiehao Futures Co., Ltd. were attacked by a cyber attack on the evening of July 19, 2026, causing their electronic trading system and related services (including stock withdrawal) to be temporarily suspended. The Group's technical team acted quickly to isolate the affected systems. During the downtime, the trading hotline remains unaffected. Customers can directly contact the Group's trading desk through the transaction hotline to issue manual instructions. The electronic trading system and related services of Jiehao Securities Limited resumed operation at 9:00 a.m. on July 22, 2026. The electronic trading system and related services of Jiehao Futures Co., Ltd. will resume as soon as practicable.
