According to the Zhitong Finance App, Rongxin China (03301) announced that for the month ending June 2026, (i) the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 179.5 million, down 28.5% year on year; (ii) the Group's contract construction area was about 20,619 square meters; (iii) the Group's average contract price was approximately RMB 8,706 per square meter.

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, (i) the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 1,294 million, down 38.6% year on year; (ii) the Group's total contract construction area was approximately 113,000 square meters; (iii) the Group's average contract sales price was approximately RMB 11,440 per square meter.
