Poly Joint announced on July 22 that the 26th meeting of the 7th board of directors of the company reviewed and passed the “Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's General Manager” and agreed to appoint Xu Kui as the company's general manager. The term of office will begin on the date of review and approval by the company's board of directors until the completion of the 7th board of directors change. Xu Kui is currently the Deputy Party Secretary and Director of Poly Jiulian Holding Group Co., Ltd., and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company.
