Huige Environmental Protection (02613) is expected to achieve net profit of about 17 million yuan to 23 million yuan in the medium term, an increase of about 178.7% to 277.0% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huige Environmental Protection (02613) issued an announcement. Based on the preliminary review of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the six months ended June 30, 2026 (mid-2026 period) and taking into account the information currently available to the board of directors, the company expects to obtain a net profit of about RMB 17 million to RMB 23 million during the mid-2026 period, an increase of about 178.7% to 277.0% over the same period in 2025. The expected increase in net profit is mainly due to: (1) the Group has begun accepting orders for new products such as shaft generator systems and plate heat exchangers, which began to generate revenue in the mid-2026 period; and (2) many long-term orders delayed in 2025 were delivered in the first half of 2026.
