Roche, Nurix Therapeutics Close Deal for Global Partnership for Bexobrutideg

11:30 PM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Roche (RO.SW) closed its agreement with clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Nurix Therapeutics for global collaboration in the development and commercialization of the latter's investigational cancer drug bexobrutideg. The Switzerland-listed pharmaceutical company agreed to an upfront cash payment of $700 million and milestone-based payments of up to $2.3 billion under the deal, according to a Tuesday release. It will also shoulder 60% of the development costs, with its partner covering the remaining 40%. Plans for bexobrutideg include development in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, additional B-cell malignancies, multiple sclerosis and chronic spontaneous urticaria. Roche and Nurix will both commercialize the drug across all indications in the US, while Roche will spearhead the commercialization in other countries.
