Mr. Lee Chi-ho has submitted his resignation as the company's executive director, financial director, investment committee member, and authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Securities Listing Rules; Ms. Chan Wai Ying has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the Investment Committee, all with effect from July 21, 2026.

Since July 21, 2026, Ms. Lin Hui has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the listing rules; Mr. Xu Hongqun has been appointed as the company secretary of the company.

Following the resignations of Mr. Li and Ms. Lin, Executive Director Ms. Chen and Company Secretary Mr. Xu have been appointed as authorized representatives of the company under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective July 21, 2026.
