Zhitong Finance App News, Shenzhen Energy (000027.SZ) announced that the company's holding company Shenneng Ansuogu Electric (Ghana) Co., Ltd. (Ghana Company) plans to invest in the construction of a 50 MW photovoltaic power project in Tamale, Ghana, with a total project investment of US$34 million, of which US$12.5 million is its own capital. The rest of the investment is to be settled through Gentek Holding Limited (Gentek) with its own retained earnings to provide an interest-bearing loan settlement to the Ghanaian company. This time, the company plans to increase capital of 7.5 million US dollars to Shenzhen Energy (Hong Kong) International Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Shenzhen Energy Hong Kong), and Shenzhen Energy Hong Kong and China-Africa Development Fund Co., Ltd. plan to increase capital of 7.5 million US dollars and 5 million US dollars to Gentek by 60% and 40% equity ratios, respectively.

The project is located in Central Gonja (Central Gonja) in central Savannah (Savannah) province, Ghana. The construction scale is 50 megawatts. It is proposed to use 540 peak watts of double-sided monocrystalline silicon 1500 volt photovoltaic modules and 300 kilowatt string photovoltaic inverters to support the construction of booster grid-connected devices such as main transformers, 161 kV outdoor power distribution devices, 34.5 kV switch cabinets, and SVG complete equipment. It is intended to connect to the existing 161 kV transmission system through a T-outlet. This project is the company's first overseas photovoltaic project. As a key project of the company's “15th Five-Year Plan” strategic plan, it is an international extension of the company's main domestic business and will expand the company's overseas investment map.
